Sleeping like I did when I was young!
I am sleeping soundly through the night and if I get up in the night I go right back to sleep again! Therefore I anm waking up refreshed in the morning. Other magnesium nutrienials have not accomplished this for me.

Triple Power
I've bern taking Vital Nutrient's Magnesium (citrate) daily for 31 years. I'd read abt the importance of Mg glycinate, so decided to triple Mg. I wasn't expecting to feel much difference, but with a week I felt better than I usually do: brighter, lighter..dunno. I'm going to keep on.

Helpful with sleep
So far appears to be helpful for a deeper sleep, however it’s caused very loose bowel movements. May need to cut the dose in half and hope sleep support stays the same.
